Sophomores Tour AVC
River Ridge Sophomores visited the AVC on December 12 to find out about all of the programs offered. Students watched demonstrations in the Law Enforcement, viewed artwork and projects done by students in Graphics and admired the bodywork done on student vehicles in the Auto Body classroom. On December 14, 2011, NAHS members met after school to make cookies to solicit donations for non-perusable food items and winter clothing. NAHS members made over 160 cookies and each one was uniquely decorated. For the next two days, AVC students could buy a cookie for $.50 or bring in a canned food item or winter . . . read more
