The main goal of this department is to prepare young men and women for careers in a variety of business related fields. The business sector grows each year, providing many job opportunities in respected positions offering competitive salaries, job security, and career success.
Students participating in the business program will enjoy a variety of opportunities including:
- On-the-job training through internships in area businesses..often leading to full or part-time employment.
- Opportunities to develop leadership/business skills through the student Business Professionals of America organization.
- Refinement of essential skills
- Knowledge of business procedures.
- College credit for completed course work.
